[ QUOTE ]
LA has a track record here. Apparently the LA AG emailed PartyGaming a cease and dissist (sp?) a few years back, so it isn't shocking to see that state pop up again in this case. Regardless, this has to be good news under the circumstances, right? (At least as far as US players being able to access their funds and withdraw). [/ QUOTE ] I suppose it's comparatively good news, mainly because it would indicate that the DoJ doesn't necessarily have an agenda to crack down on the entire industry. That said, while this stuff is way out of my depth, I'd imagine there are scenarios where the feds get involved in this case. Also, note that while PartyGaming closed down 10% today, Cryptologic, which trades on US time, is only down about 1% as of this writing. http://www.tsx.com/HttpController?GetPag...amp;x=0&y=0 |
