Most people who use a HUD aren't completely dependant on it. Using a HUD will never turn a losing player into a winning player. It's not magic. It assists the user and makes it easier to get reads on players when playing multiple tables.

People complain when sites don't have HUD support because they want to use their HUD there. Complaining and requesting features is how you let the sites know what you want. There's nothing wrong with it.

Most people who win with a HUD would continue to win without one. Their hourly rate may go down, but they would still win.

The main point I have is that using a HUD doesn't make you a winning player. You have to know how to play a winning game AND you have to learn how to use the stats properly. A 1 BB/100 winner isn't going to turn into a 3 BB/100 winner just because he uses a HUD. If he isn't careful, he could actually hurt his winrate by improper use of the stats or playing too many tables.
