Actually, thats a Harrah's rule. That rule is in place for every property they own. If you are a supervisor/manager, you are not allowed to gamble in any of their casinos. Also, if you work there, you are unable to hold a job anywhere else (casino or not) even if it doesn't conflict with your schedule. Gotta love Walmart...err...Harrahs.
