Great. Thanks for the post. Welcome to the forum. I have two thoughts.

1. Most of the regular posters who play at the high stakes level know all of this and are probably looking for a little deeper level thinking from a "let me teach you" type post.

2. There is already a regular poster named sublime. You may wish to change you name now as it will get confusing if you stick around.
