I-10 or I-40

It looks like I'll be driving my wifes furniture from Rome, GA to Phoenix. I'll be swinging through New Orleans and the Memphis/Tunica area (yeah, I know not a very straight line). Time is barely an issue, and I'm hoping to play some poker along the way. Am I likely to find more casino's westbound on I-10 from N.O. or west bound on I-40 from Memphis? I play mostly small stake FLHE.
