I did that last part. But it was because I was afraid of ET and Gremlins. I didnt even have a hole to look out of. I'd be covered in sweat when I woke up sometimes.

Wow...its like an OOt-epidemic...I did this too. I got the idea from some Bill Cosby record that if I didn't do it the monsters would get me. But I also had to sleep on my back in case a scorpion tried to sting me on the ass (got this idea from some awful kids book). This continued until I was 12, though...
