I have a fairly poor diet now. It would take a major adjustment to eat vegan, I would have to learn a lot of new stuff and in the process I would definitely make sure I was getting all my good stuff.

a balanced vegan diet is probably less healthy than a balanced omnivore diet, but the reason vegans 'eat healthier' is that the average vegan is much more conscious of what they eat than the average non-vegan

FWIW, though I could force myself to do it for free (I was vegan for 9 months), I'd probably do it voluntarily for $3,000
