the USPC is probably the best structure on the list.

foxwoods will have the biggest prize.

the NAPC might really, really suck.


IMO it depends what your priorities are. The NAPC is right out for anybody who either 1) is 21 or older or 2) doesn't live in the area. Other than that, though, any of the choices make sense depending on your criteria.
