i did not read the OP when it first came out and havent had enough time to read the middle 45 pages, but it seemed alot of the first page or 2 of replies were along the lines of position, JJ IS MORE +EV!!! etc which mason didnt really mention.

as i read the OP i thought his preference for AQs over JJ with chips left was the folding equity you have against JJ with any over cards (3 x A, 4 x K + 3 x Q) + suited boards and connected boards.

there is a lot of insecurity that comes with playing JJ - who would not fold em after an A or K or Q comes on the board.

fair enough JJ does have some bluff potential due to the preflop raise but alot of the time i have to agree with mason that i'd prefer AQs with stacks behind.

apologies if this argument is somewhere in the middle of this thread.

and mason feel free to correct me if i'm wrong about what you meant
