Perhaps its time to get administration, support and other issues sorted before you start counting the cash...

Sorry, the ISP hasn't setup the email account on their end. I still get the messages though because I'm cc'ed on them.

Your account is setup now. SWREG requires me to process the email which takes a few minutes currently.
