Insane Toronto "Seven-Eleven" variance!

So I went to my local Toronto Seven-Eleven establishment for some real food and I'm like "whoa, variance!"
There was this worker there and he was
- UNDER 30
- 99.9% FOR SURE HAD ENGLISH AS HIS FIRST LANGUAGE
- 98% FOR SURE WAS BORN IN CANADA

For people lucky enough not to know Toronto I ran this through Seven-ElevenStove and the odds of this happening are about the same as getting 1-outed on the river 4 times in a row.
