Default Re: cop raids my house, accuses me of being an online poker fraud arti

[ QUOTE ]
Domestic Violence charges are dropped all the time because girls are stupid.

[/ QUOTE ]

The charges are dropped because the crown does not have enough evidence to proceed. The police are not the one who drop charges, the crown is the one who drops charges.

The police must lay charges in a domestic violence dispute even if the victim does not want them to.

The police decide to lay a charge or not, once the charge is laid the police do not drop them.

Disclaimer : I live in Canada so it may be different and I don't know the law, my fiance is the one to ask but shes at work right now laying charges on people who beat up their girlfriends.

Reading what you psoted this story is completely unbelivable, (the part where the cop was yelling about poker as they do not do not need to yell, and how the hell does he know that the dual monitors were for poker?

new york city. i don't even know how the cops got in the first door downstairs prior to kicking in our apartment's main door.

cops busted down a door to take a guy off the streets who is accused of domestic violence? I doubt it, Thats not the kind of crime that warrants a door breech especially when the reason for doing so is soem Joe Schmoe girlfriend coming off the streets and filing a complaint
