[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] HAND 19 Lee on the button. Folded to Kim, he raises his standard to 480k. Gold immediately calls and Kim sighs in disgust. All else fold. Flop 6s-Ac-Jd Kim bets 800k, Gold beats him into the pot. Turn 4d Kim bets 1.5m, Gold folds, GO TECH! [/ QUOTE ] If there's a problem with the commentary, it's that they're giving too much credit for big hands. In this hand, Gold called immediately both pre-flop and on the flop (not even half second each time). Gordon said he expected Gold to have "at least an Ace, perhaps AQ or AT". Based on the reporting of Gold's play, I don't find it hard to believe he would call on that flop with a Jack or a pocket pair. [/ QUOTE ] I think he is floating a whole lot too V players he think he can run over post flop. |
