-I will not say "ty" after winning a big pot
-I will not say "heehaw" after losing a big pot
-I will not say anything, really. Ever. Except "ty" and "nh".
-I will not treat any single cash game session or tournament with less intensity than I had in the $300 tournament at Turning Stone
-I will not play tired
-I will not play mad
-I will not settle for anything

I will print a list out of this and other things on my wall above my laptop. Sometimes it takes this to get it strictly into my head. I'm guily of some of these, not all, but I think this is a good core list to start on.
