Got a Sebaceous Cyst (pics of my ugly mug)

So, I'm going to the doctor in about 20 minutes. Just figured I'll take some pics of this thing before it's excised.

The thing is pretty inflamed and it [censored] hurts a lot. Sleeping is pretty tough. Unfortunately, from what I've read, most doctors don't like to do the excision while it's so inflamed, so I might have to take antibiotics for a week or so before.
