TV Delivery Update ( i hate bransmart )

I asked yesterday about if i should tip the delivery people because they came saturday said they couldnt do the job now cause they needed 4 people, i complaiend and they wouldnt budge and said they'd come monday morning before i go to work.

So they come,

They damage the top of the tv, which doesn't bother me cause they took 10% off the cost once the delivery guy told them what happened.

But thats when i noticed ONLY 2 GUYS DELIVERED THE TV, NOT 4!?!?!?

which really pisses me off cause i wasted a whole weekend that i wanted to be watching high definition tv.

don't udnerstand why the original 2 guys couldn't of just did the tv (the origional 2 didn't even take the tv out of the truck the first time)

So i was already getting the delviery fee waived once i call back today to confirm it.

But the fact that only 2 people came is that a reason to complain more.

The TV is also kind of pixilated which i ain't exactly happy with and remmeber it being great in the store.

so is thinking about just returning it cause of the pixels

btw i boguht a 60" Phillips CRT
