Default Near fistfight at the Borgata - anyone see this?

Taken from Philly.com. Did anyone see any of this?

----
"THAT '70s Show" actor Danny Masterson narrowly avoided a fistfight at the Borgata early Sunday. He was in a verbal altercation with a couple of guys while hanging in the hotel's poker tournament room at about 1 a.m., according to eyewitnesses.

Masterson was at the hotel over the weekend for the opening of mur.mur, the newest nightclub at the A.C. entertainment palace.

A man approached Masterson, 30, who was sitting at a table with "American Pie" hottie Shannon Elizabeth, whose head was on his shoulder at times, and, sources say, said something disparaging about the actor and his Fox TV program.

Masterson, we're told, argued with the man and eventually stood up and faced off with him and a few other guys, who seemed hellbent on delivering a beating, until a third party intervened and convinced Masterson's tormentors to chill.

The men who had confronted Masterson were asked to leave.

"Danny, Shannon and a group of eight of their friends were playing a mellow game of poker when two drunk jokers continued to make sexually driven comments towards Shannon," Masterson's publicist, Jenni Weinman, told us last night.

"Danny had heard enough and asked that the men start speaking to her like a lady and with respect.

"When the guys realized who they were talking with they continued to become more loud and obnoxious... No threats were made towards Danny or his crew of eight," she said.

The Borgata had no comment.
