OT: Computer Problem Ultimate Bet

I posted this in the computer help section, but it doesn't seem like a very busy forum. So, since I lurk in this forum the most, I'll give it a shot and hope some computer literate person can help me.

All of a sudden I can't get into UB. The application opens and says connecting to secure server, but it just gets stuck at retrieving tables, and times out when I try to login.

I've deleted the application and reloaded it as well as disabling my firewall. No help. It's worked on this computer for over 1 year, I can get it to work on the other computers in the house. Is there some program it uses that might have been corrupted?
