Default UB support...

Does anyone have a contact other then [email protected]? I've had two tickets(one through the form using their software and one directly via email) in with them since midday on July 10th and am still in limbo. I've done two follow-up emails 36 hours apart, using nothing but complete courtesy and they have gone unanswered.

They obviously are not going to get back to me and I do not know where to go from here. They do not even know what I need help with yet(other then I labled it as extremely important to me), as I asked them if there was a direct email address to get in touch with someone from the billvsphil promotion beings my issue is directly pertaining to them. I can't really see them as ignoring something so trivial to answer, so I cannot fathom what could be going on for them not to get back to me in a timely manner.

I have a major issue that I need to get in touch with anyone involved in the billvsphil promotion. If anyone has any contact info they could give me or be willing to forward a message asking someone to contact me, it would be greatly appreciated.
