$5-$25 spread limit general strategy

I'm looking for strategies to play a very loose $5-$25 spread limit Holdem game. I'm guessing that the blinds will be $3-$5 or $5-$5. Here are my thoughts for strategy...let me know if you have corrections/additions:

1) Raise 3-5x the BB on your normal limit raising hands.
2) Limp a little bit tighter that situations that you would limp in NL, but more often than you would limp in limit.
3) Raise limpers somewhat more aggressively than in NL or limit.
4) Less Slowplaying / no free card plays.
5) Almost always bet $25 post-flop.

Thoughts?
