Everyone (oh, except for labor buyers). Why is buying labor different than buying hotdogs? Can I discriminate when buying art? Picking a photographer for my wedding? Hiring a guy to clean my house or mow my lawn? Am I buying a service or hiring an employee?

What about my brother-in-law who I hired to install my hardwood floors? I treated him quite differently than every other floor installer. Sin or not?
