software lag at eurobet?

i've been experiencing the same software issues with the stats enabled at eurobet that others have reported on hollywood. in one instance, pocket aces finally flashed up on my screen just as i timed out. i've sent several emails to support, but unlike hollywood, they either aren't aware that there is a problem and insist that it is my computer, or they won't acknolwedge it. since eurobet is a pokernetwork skin, wouldn't they be using the same software as hollywood and thus be having the same problems?
