very angry note on my car

I live in a building with garage parking, it's all on one level and I would estimate about 150 spots. The drainage in the corner of my garage has gotten clogged so whenever it rains now I literally have 2 ft of water in my spot, in order to get in my car I have to put on waterproof boots and wade through water.

Anyway, I come home Tuesday night and my spot is flooded again, I have on nice shoes so I can't park in my spot or else i will submerge them. So I decide to leave my car in a non-spot against a wall and plan on moving it in the morning. I wasn't blocking anyone in but the people across from me would have had to go back and forth a few times to get out of their spot instead of just getting out smoothly.

So the next morning I go to move my car and this note is on my car. Keep in mind I live in a nice condo building, filled with white people that have office jobs in the city: (curses edited)

You are a real f-ing a-hole. Next time you block my spot, I'm having this piece of garbage towed and ticketed. You got a f-ing problem with that, just let me know you f-ing c sucker.
