You're right. This is not good-hearted fun. This is a debate. However, I also heaven't gone out of my way to be hostile in this thread. If you're unable to tell the difference between a reasonable debate, good-hearted fun and hostility, then that's on you.

Actually I don't see how hitting a girl (it wasn't in a bar) makes me any less cowardly, considering she was half my size. But it's good to know you're reading.

I try not to be snide either. But if there's no reason to offer an unpleasant opinion in real life, I generally don't. If there's good reason, then I do. A correct assumption would be that I don't use that filter as often on an Internet forum because as I said, I don't feel they have the same proprieties. If you want to think it's a cop out, that's fine. I think we're pretty clear where we each stand on this.
