Default Strategy question against SUPER maniac

I'm playing against this maniac who's probably some high limit player blowing off some steam. 70.1/65.7 over 67 hands. Yeah, that's 65.7 for PFR. He's to my right, which is great to iso-raise with any half decent hand. He's usually capping pf more towards MP and LP and folding on the blinds or EP.

What sort of range of hands do you recommend playing with? I'm looking to 3bet as low as Q9s and everything else up with pp 88s and above.

How should I go about postflop? He's capping flop w/ OESD and flush draws, and sometimes he caps with midpair. He seems to slow down on the turn after getting raised or 3bet if he feels he's behind and go to showdown or fold on the river.

I'll probably post some hands later with some examples.
