im suprised that you guys are suprised. i would never put my kids in daycare either. most of the reason being that if youre going to have a kid you should put serious effort into their development, i believe a daycare hinders this development and shows kids a lower level of love and compassion than they need. fair?

While this might be typically accurate, I don't think this has to be the case. Also, I think daycare is actually quite good at socializing toddlers. Similar to dogs and dog runs.
