Default Re: East Coast floods

The Schuylkill is pretty much flooding like it's never flooded before. The Delaware is going to flood worse than in the floods of April '05. Brandywine Creek, Neshaminy Creek, Perkiomen Creek are all flooding/will flood. Yardley is getting hit pretty bad, New Hope, Trenton, etc. are also getting hit. I'm in Langhorne and so far Neshaminy Creek has flooded out some of the roads along 413.

Most of the severe flooding is going to come later tonight, since most of the area hasn't peaked yet. Some places are anticipated to go 10+ feet above flood stage, so it will get bad. Last report is that 200,000 have been ordered evacuated.

I'm lucky that my wife and I aren't in an area that will flood, but there is going to be a lot of damage.
