Default Re: Luongo for Bertuzzi.

[ QUOTE ]
From TSN :

The Vancouver Canucks and Florida Panthers have completed a multi-player trade involving some big names on the eve of the NHL Draft.

The Panthers have confirmed that they acquired Todd Bertuzzi, Bryan Allen and Alexander Auld from the Canucks in exchange for Roberto Luongo and Lukas Krajicek.

Big news - I like the deal for both sides. Luongo is only an RFA for one more season, and Bertuzzi really won't drag the Panthers' cap situation down since the Panthers won't be good for another three seasons. It's a win-win trade.

Also: Rod Brind'Amour signed to 5 year deal worth 18 million dollars. Bad deal - B'A is getting 3 years at 4M and 2 years at 3. Those last two years he will not be worth that money.

[/ QUOTE ]WHAT THE [censored]! WHAT THE [censored]!

OMG MIKE KEENAN IS CRAZY.

Edit: OK honestly we are probably on the Fool's day this can't be true. Luongo is probably the best keeper in the league and Bertuzzi is a loser who only made points because he played with one of the best in the league(Naslund). This is probably the worst trade in the history of Florida hockey.
