We understand you are frustrated with the 'mini-Peepee' that you have installed, but we can assure you that your refusal to accept our advice on the matter of tattoos making your Peepee seem bigger will not help matters. Our final word on this tiny issue is most assuredly that a tattoo does not change the size of your Peepee at all, and will not expand it in any way.
