Although I'm not convinced the OP should get his money back, to say that other players not posting blinds while he is posting them has nothing to to with him losing displays a level of ignorance that is truly mind boggling. Player A posts blinds every round, while player B skips blinds an only plays premium hands. Can you really not see that this gives player B a significant advantage?

Seriously, though, I'm really glad I haven't been playing cash games at WPX much. God knows how long it would take a moron like me to notice something like that.
