Is it possible to beat the rake at 1/2 limit hold 'em?

yeah, i know they had some legal issues about the tournaments last year or whatever...but I thought they were able to run tournaments again.
Probably outrageous juice for those too, but perhaps not as bad an impact as the ridiculous rake on their 1/2 limit games (which is, I believe, the highest they are legally allowed to spread at the Florida places)
