1. We don't file with the state of WA becacuse there is not state income tax.

2. Gambling is not illegal is WA and since there is no differentiation between B&M gambling wins/losses and online gambling wins/losses by the IRS you are not implicating yourself in anything even if you file as a professional gambler.
