Well, my wife was the first and when she was kid. Things were a little different, the drug and alochol habits werent there. She was able to go to school more (she got to 10th grade when she got pregnant..i know) Her dad wasnt disabled then and he had more , well paying construction gigs. They still moved a lot but that came with the job.

She met me as I was graduating college, she was working at the bar I was bouncing at. It just went from there. While she's lucky she wasnt around when her parents began to seriously deteriorate, she also got sorta lucky her and I met because otherwise she'd probably be married to some neck who puts more money into his F350 then into the family.
