[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Congrats go to the Broncos. I don't think they played all that well, to be quite honest, but they were certainly heads and shoulders above my Patriots. I wish them luck in the next round. [/ QUOTE ] classy? if denver didn't play well...then where does that put the pats performance? denver played well against a good team. the game had bad plays and questionable calls, but it was a great game, fun to watch, and the better team prevailed. not much more to say than that. [/ QUOTE ] Oh boy. Are you trying to be an idiot and piss me off? OK, I'll give this explanation thing a shot. Where does that put the Patriots performance? About an F-. Seriously. They SUCKED. Denver played better than they did for sure. Hell, I'm pretty sure I said that in my original post. I'll BRB to check that. Yep. I did. But please tell me why you think Denver played "well." I hate being condescending to teams after they win a game. Normally I think it's sour grapes. But here are the facts. Denver wasn't moving the ball. Ever. They scored on a cheap pass interference call after a turnover, and then on 3 more turnovers. The Pats on the other hand, when they weren't handing the ball over to the Broncos every other possession, were moving the ball relatively well. I'm done arguing this because anyone who watched the game would see this. That being said. Who played better. The Broncos, of course. I'll give them credit for forcing 4 turnovers, although they really only forced 3, and even Brady's interception was mostly idiocy on his part. JUST TAKE THE [censored] 3 POINTS INSTEAD OF FORCING IT. Blah. I'm getting worked up when it's pointless to. Your team was the better team. I've been saying all year I think they are the second best team in the NFL, and I even picked them to win today. So if you still think I'm being a biased, whiny jerk, so be it. Good luck next week. |
