Do a search for Resorts in Indiana...I believe they spread 20/40 a fairly regular basis if not all the time. They also spread a 5/10 NL ($200-500 buy in) and on occation 10-20NL no max.
Majestic Star is right there as well and probably doesn't offer the limit games you are looking for but I think they spread some pretty deep NL games if I remember correctly. A search on both of these should give you some details
