call or fold?

I thought I might be ahead here. Anybody find a call? Villain is yoguh12 - 24.02 17.49 3.51 AF stats. We get into a lot of confrontations. I don't remember seeing make a buff like this before though if it is a bluff - but I can't figure what hand would play like this. I didn't think he would check behind the turn with 2 pair or better.

On the flop, I should have folded. However, I'm on the turn now and have top 2 pair. I'm not worried about the guy who just moved in - my donk radar is going off for him.
