In many cases you can contact a bank and make arrangements to have the winnings placed in a trust. A bank officer can then be assigned to claim the prize on behalf of an unnamed client.

But I'll play along and pretend I couldn't remain anonymous for whatever reason. I'd be more paranoid with leaving the country than staying put. I'd go to the best hotel in town, have my best friend pretend to be my lawyer, manservant etc. and explain to the hotel manager that his very important and rich client required the utmost security and privacy. I'd spend the next few days in their presidential suite only leaving to be wined and dined by financial institutions begging to manage my money.

When I got that all squared away, I'd make sure my parents and siblings never have to work another day in their lives unless they want to. Then I'd start partying baller style.
