Busting Out on a Bonus

I think the support guy is full of [censored] - casinos HATE this. Perhaps what he meant was you could withdraw, but they'd take back the bonus.

E.g.: Start on $400, lose $100, withdraw and they give you $100 back ($300 minus the $200 bonus you didnt finish)

So in your example if you lost $200 and then withdrew, yuo'd get nothing
