8-handed 40/80. UTG raises. He is an okay but overly passive player (pretty common in live games). For example, he regularly open-limps on the button. His range here is probably fairly narrow. UTG+1 calls. He can play well when he wants to, but often goofs around, especially preflop. A few times per session I will usually see him coldcall with something like 52s. I three-bet next to act with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. The big blind, UTG and UTG+1 call.
The big blind is the only guy at the table with whom I've never played before. I've been in the game for a little over an hour and he hasn't been involved in any interesting hands and seems to be playing moderately tight (although could just be card dead; you can't conclude that much from ~40 hands). He seems comfortable at the table and I get the vibe that he may actually understand this game. The flop is J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. It's checked to me and I bet. BB raises and everyone calls. The turn is 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB bets and only I call. The river is 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB bets and I raise. |
