So I have a pretty athletic build (6'4", 210), but after drinking stupid amounts of alcohol 4 times a week for the last 4 years and eating [censored] mexican food every day I am beginning to develop symptoms of "beer gut". My current diet consists of Hot Pockets, pizza, cheese burgers, burritos, etc and when I drink it is generally light beer but because of my size I usually have to drink at least a 12 pack. I drink at least 2 nights a week.
I exercise at least 3 times a week (surfing, basketball, sex), but "beer gut" doesnt leave. I use to have a 6 pack (not beer) but those days are long gone. So OOT, what do I do? What foods are gonna be good for me? What alcoholic beverages can I consume without getting "beer gut"? I know I sound kinda gay, but I use to be in really good shape and have been felling pretty [censored] lately. Also, dont say "quit drinking" because that is not an option |
