Building a bankroll (For newbies)

Could somebody tell me how up to date the information in the startpost of this topic still is? Especially about the offer for the sites like Sportbetting.com, in this topic a few people say that it really doesnt care on what limit you play and such, you just have to play 500 hands and get 100$ (not even raked hands?). I would love to know if that information is still correct ( I think I found in their terms & conditions that it isn't anymore) and if there is a new 'order' with todays bonusses for building a bankroll from 100$.
