One woman can make a difference. There's the Gloria Steinem angry feminist approach, or the Madonna approach of beating the men at their own game. Actually I think you need both. The carrot and the stick. So the boys can focus their hatred on one, but end up giving everything to "the cool chick" anyway. Sort of like Black Panthers/Martin Luther King Jr.; PLO/Hamas; etc. Rambling, but you get the point - flexduck is the stick - but w/o her no dialog at all.
