[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Sens fan here. Congrats. I can't bring myself to hate the Sabres...just a good hockey team there. I was also at game 4 in Buffalo. Flew out from Minneapolis. Had a great time and was treated well by about half the people who felt they had to give me a hard time. Decent folks did it with a smile on their faces. The other half were belligerent and stupid. Luckily, I'm 6'4" and 225, so didn't really feel threatened. There are going to be big changes in Ottawa this summer. If you have any interest in what I think, you can check out this link. http://proxy.espn.go.com/chat/fantasy/co...timePosted=1030 [/ QUOTE ] Thanks, the few Sens fans I've met seem pretty solid and I like most of the guys on the team too except for Neil and Chara who I think are punks. As for Emery, he didn't really do much to win them games but outside of Game 1 he didn't lose any either - before the series started I think most "experts" would've said that servicable performances in goal would've been enough to win, and it just wasn't; just not enough offense in 5-on-5 situations. Am I the only one who thinks Redden was more at fault than Alfredson on the last goal? [/ QUOTE ] They were stiffs, equally, in my opinion; pylons...disgraceful. That was the Captain and an Alternate Captain right there. I think Redden was probably shocked that Pominville was able to walk around Alfie so easily, but that doesn't excuse it. |
