At my cardroom we dont make people honnor their out of turn bets and raises but thats becaues its mostly locals who dont angle shoot. At most cardrooms I think it is pretty standard to make you at least min-raise, and unfortunately, your cards are mucked. Just be careful next time.

I dont know where your cards went on the table, but it would have been nice if the dealer didnt touch them and allowed you to retrieve them if they werent mixed in with other cards.
