Is this a fold?

At the time this seemed like an autocall, but im having second thougts.

Stacks are about $2k deep, 10/20 6-max. Villain is a pretty solid regular.

I open in CO for $60 with KsJh, button and SB calls.

Flop is Jd Ts 2d. I bet 170 (pot is 200), they both call.

The turn is Kh. SB checks, I bet $700 (pot is 710), button folds and SB shoves. It is about $1k to me, giving me 3-1.

Is this a fold and if so, should I check or bet less on the turn?
