Party Magic Card Promotion

I earned 164 points yesterday, but the promotions page says I didn't get enough points to win a card for today. I called Party and they said that they had soem technical difficulties and "the points had not been properly assigned yet." The customer service guy told me to wait 2 more hours (until 1:00 eastern time) and it would be fixed.
