Default Party Raked Hand Definition for NL?

I have been working under the assumption that the following statement form Party's website was correct:

[ QUOTE ]
Raked hand
A hand that a) a player participates in (dealt cards) and b) has generated at least $0.01 in rake for that player. Generated rake is calculated by dividing the total rake collected in that hand by the number of players who were dealt cards.

[/ QUOTE ]

Under this assumption, a NL pot raked $0.05 would not count as a raked hand in a 6 handed game. However I have looked at my last few days play and it seem that any hand that is raked is being counted for PP Points and bonus calculations.

Can anyone else confirm based on their recent play if the "must generate $0.01 in rake for that player" information is still being used by party. I'd e-mail party but I seriously doubt Id ever get a correct answer.
