Poker rooms in St. Louis. MO

Im an Atlantic City player who is going to St. Louis next month on business. Being the poker player that I am I found a few diffrent poker rooms in the area.
(1) Harrah's St. Louis
(2) Ameristar - St. Charles (riverboat I believe).

Which poker room should I go to?
Anyone know what the competion/atomosphere is at these rooms? Do they have 1/2 or 2/5 NL live games?
