[ QUOTE ]
I saw him on Ultimate Poker Challenge. He said in an interview on there "I play mathematically perfect poker, therefore theoritaclly I can't lose." He lost. [/ QUOTE ] If you couldn't tell he was joking - you need to lighten up a tad. Dry sense of humor doesn't make someone a bad guy. FWIW, I've known Richard for over 2 years and he is one of small group who remain down to earth after being so successful in their business life. He co-wrote Word 1.0, not excel, and was one of i think an original 6 involved with Microsoft. sorry to be a nit. He's taught me things about Video Poker paytables etc my bosses at the time didn't even know. Once he became interested in poker, he pretty much dove in and tried to learn as much as he could, as fast as possible. How can someone have a problem with that? Richard is truly a class act - as well as an occasional lurker on 2+2, so he may even stop in and have something to add. |
