With smart management, how long would it take for Knicks to get good?

Right?

Rose is the most likely to get traded because I believe he is in the last year of his contract (off of memory so I could be wrong) And if I'm not mistaken he is the only big name contract that expires after next season.

It's highly unlikely he brings any value by himself but I could see him being part of either a multiplayer or multiteam deal.
